The Terrasat Ku-Band IBUC (Intelligent Block Up Converter) is available with 4W, 8W, 12W, 16W, 20W, 25W, 30W, 40W and 50W.

Terrasat offers the IBUC family of integrated BUC/SSPAs. The advanced Intelligent Block Upconverter (IBUC) yields superior performance at a lower cost than traditional RF Transceivers. Every IBUC comes with TCP/IP M&C interface included as standard along with alternate RS485/232, FSK and Hand Held Terminal interfaces. The AGC and ALC circuits hold gain or output level of the IBUC constant.

As a registered customer you can configure the item according to your technical requirements.

Product Description

The Terrasat Ku-Band IBUC offers significant benefits:

New interfaces connect you to the IBUC’s extensive M&C facilities for network management or local access. This powerful new M&C enables:

- Trouble free commissioning with easy, point‐and‐click installation/configuration
- Continuous verification of performance with alarm history.
- Simplified troubleshooting of terminal faults


The IBUC comes with a complete set of diagnostic tools including:

- 10 MHz input detector
- Input voltage and current monitoring
- Transmit L‐band input level detector
- Transmit RF output level detector
- Alarm history
