lambda-space Inclined Orbit Earth Station for digital transmission via satellite

This system is especially designed to follow the "8"-shape track of inclined orbit satellites. The primary function of the inclined orbit tracking controller is to keep an antenna correctly aimed at an inclined orbit satellite. The controller is designed to automatically learn the path of an inclined orbit satellite and subsequently move the antenna along that path. These types of satellites are an inexpensive alternative reducing the space segment costs. Optionally different satellites can be accessed with one antenna at short notice.
This solution presents an optimum alternative for Multimedia Agencies, TV and Audio Broadcasters because of the flexible usability.
The tracking system consists of a motorizable pedestal mount, local motor control, motor drive system, resolver, antenna programmable controller and a beacon receiver.
